January 31, 2017 CONTACT: GOVERNOR’S PRESS OFFICE (850) 717-9282 [email protected] Governor Rick Scott Appoints Five to Florida Concrete Masonry Education Council TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the reappointment of two and the appointment of three to the Florida Concrete Masonry Education Council. Kelly Curtis, 47, of Windermere, is the vice president and general manager of Prestige Concrete Products VCNA. He is reappointed for a term beginning January 31, 2017, and ending June 30, 2019. Darryl Fales, 46, of Estero, is the president of Preferred Materials - Concrete Division. He succeeds Bernardo Diaz and is appointed for a term beginning January 31, 2017, and ending June 30, 2019. Dr. Michael Armbruster, 54, of Winter Garden, is an educator for Orange County Public Schools. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning January 31, 2017, and ending June 30, 2017. Jay Snyder, 56, of Orlando, is the president of Masonry Accessories, Inc. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning January 31, 2017, and ending June 30, 2018.
